- Teleporting now brings along allied heroes in a 250 radius. Cooldown of teleport increased from 40 to 60 seconds.
- Autoportal and Recall are now free. Teleport scroll cost decreased from 120 to 100.
- Revive timer increase with each death changed from 5 to 2 seconds.
- Passive experience gain has been increased by 50%, but will no longer apply to heroes significantly above average level.
- Tower damage changed from 80 to 65 + (5% of the target's max life). This will help towers remain relevant later into the game.
- Neutral creep rejuvenation is now simpler to see and understand.
- Added some paths near each team's mid towers.
- Pythoness: Bleak now restores mana with each hero hit. Its armour reduction is now a flat -10 for the duration. Duration increased by 1 second.
- Scavenger: Decreased strength gain by 0.5. Increased Circle of Life mana cost by 20. Increased Dissection detection range from 400 to 425, and projectile range from 500 to 570.
- Namek: Increased Cinder's base damage by 15. Plunder damage modifier increased from 15% to 25%.
- Faust: Paranoia now prompts units to run away when hit. Decreased Paranoia cooldown from 14 to 14/13/12/11. Decreased Mind Carriage cooldown from 24 to 6. Decreased Prisoner's Dilemma cooldown from 28 to 20. Decreased Devil's Deal cooldown from 70 to 30. Increased Devil's Deal offer duration from 3/5 to 5/10.
- Fixed a rare bug where dead heroes would level up, and then be considered as alive for some skill interactions.
- Fixed Aligerous being blocked by Scandal's Skeletons.
- Fixed tooltips on Hyperion and Aculeus.

- Added a new item: Aculeus! It's probably overpowered.
- Faust: Fruit deals 50% damage to all allies when healing.
- Emperor: New Clothes now fails when cast on a unit that the Elves can see.
- Shadowdancer: Slightly increased model size and selection scale.
- Garrondel: Increased Shock Cannon range from 1050 to 1150. Decreased Bombard radius from 96 to 72.
- Hawks only give vision and retreat while an allied hero is nearby. Wolves no longer attack while invisible.
- Fixed Gale not applying knockback.
- Fixed Scavenger's Circle of Life not activating.

- Faust: Decreased the damage/heal on Fruit of Betrayal.
- Hakkar: Pounce damage now originates from Hakkar, not his hounds. Fixed a bug where Meteor Swarm failed to cast.

- Cult regeneration duration increased from 20 to 25. It still heals to full over this duration, so it heals a little slower now.
- Dryad base damage reverted.

- Shadowdancer: Slightly increased his size and selection scale.

- Cultist regeneration now heals 100% maxlife and 50% maxmana over 20 seconds.
- Fountains no longer have reduced healing when enemy troops are near the main base.
- Fixed Scavenger's Circle of Life.
- Fixed Devil's Deal continuing after death.
- -gpm now shows everyone's gpm at the end of the game.
- Fixed an issue where some abilities could not hit Scavenger.
- Fixed an issue where some abilities ignored Disjunction.
- Fixed a camera problem caused sometimes when entering the Tavern.
72a (20th August 2014)
- Early draft of a new terrain layout. Still not happy with the side paths.
- This new battleground is riddled with members of a strange cult whose attacks are non-lethal. Killing them will release a regeneration buff. This feature tentatively replaces tower healing.
- Enemy troops are now visible through fog of war. Don't stand too close to your own troops, or you'll be seen!
- Improvements to the minimap, picked faction colours with better contrast against the background.
- Merc camp interaction improved: Hawks now only gain their bonus vision and flee when an allied hero is nearby, while Wolves no longer attack while invisible.
- Decreased Dryad base damage by 5 (troop balance seemed shaky this version despite no numerical changes).

- Decreased creep rejuvanation heal from 15% per second to 3% per second.
- Increased the speed and radius of Dissection.
- Fixed Circle of Life not healing allies.
- Fixed the duration on Devil's Deal.

- The Tavern now contains Faust and Scavenger, replacing Sivaz and Aquasoul (use "-sivaz", "-aquasoul" to pick them). Scavenger will be an Elf hero for now.
- Scavenger: Added a new ability: Dissection. Circle of Life vultures no longer heal full-health allied heroes.
- Faust: Added a new ability: Devil's Deal. Fruit of Betrayal damage/heal increased. The damage/heal is now applied gradually over 4 seconds.
- Decreased the gold and experience bounty given by troops by 20%.
- Increased the gold bounty of bears by 50%. Normalised bear life/damage so Killer Cub is harder to accidentally kill.
- Kiting creep camps to their maximum leash range will cause them to rejuvanate back to full life.
- The Styx camp buff now grants +20 movement speed along with the faster teleport.
- Increased Golem's Stone Guard damage reduction from 30% to 35%.
- Increased Shimmering Scale recipe cost from 150 to 350 gold. Decreased Rejection/Tolerance recipes cost from 640 to 450.
- Decreased Phoenix Fury's Flawless Scale from 15 to 10 damage/heal.
- Unclaimed coins are now automatically given to the nearest hero in a 500 radius. Does not apply to Counterfeit
- Autoportal and Recall now cost 60 gold again.
- Improved handing on Tempest's Gale.
- Eph's ultimate now correctly regenerates health.
- Orders now correctly resume after using Tonic/Ether.
- Fixed a glitch with resumed orders.
- Fixed allied attacks breaking Psychic's Barrier.
- Voidmasochists can no longer leave their tower.

- Lich: Replaced Necroward Shield with a new ability: Cryptic Shield!
- Krovikan Vampire: Corrected the previous nerf to Noose: it now deals a total of 64 less base damage than before.
- Maw: Scatter projectiles now prioritise heroes. Increased the intelligence modifier on Scatter from 0.2 to 0.25.
- Fixed Pounce causing Felhounds to stop giving gold/experience.
- Fixed Slotted Shield not giving 5 regeneration when empty.
- All-mid mode no longer has a toggle command.

- Lich: Enshrine now summons a teleport-targetable unit, so Lich doesn't have to channel it.
- Aquasoul: Decreased attack range from 550 to 475. Decreased the delay on exiting Funnel from 1.5 to 0.75.
- Namek: Subsequent hits with Cinder will now apply Burn. Increased the duration of Plunder from 3/4/5/6 to 3/5/7/9. Furnace now applies Plunder to all nearby enemy heroes as Namek is healing.
- Houndmaster: Increased the cooldown on Infernal Whip from 4 to 8 seconds.
- Krovikan Vampire: Decreased the base damage of Noose by 32 at all levels. Haemophilia now only heals nearby allied heroes.
- Mineslayer: Increased the activation delay on all traps from 1.25 to 1.4 seconds.
- Rasputin: Battle Net duration rescaled from 1 per unit to 1.0 + 0.5 per unit.
- Swarm Tyrant: Voidmasochists no longer gain mana from being Feasted upon.
- Tournament Mode is now a vote that requires 30% approval to pass. Surrender now requires 65% approval to pass.
- Fixed a bug with Arc Arrow dealing too much damage.
- Fixed a bug with Jinx Totem always blocking item pickups.
- Fixed a bug with Scavenger's Dive that gave Scavenger mana.
- Fixed Baton selling for no gold.

- Scavenger: Introducing the first iteration of a new hero! Type -scavenger as a Legion player to access her.
- Mineslayer: Accelerators now launch at most 2 units. Decreased Pressure Mine sensitivity.
- Flisk: Ochlomania Blend In duration decreased to 2 seconds.
- Maw: Increased the detection radius of Scatter.
- Fixed an issue with levelling Flak Arrow early.
- Maw: Replaced Expel with Scatter. It fires projectiles that have a 1.5 second delay, and only hit the closest enemy to where they land.
- Pyth: Arc Arrow now deals between 7.5% and 60% of the target's maximum life. Its cooldown improves with levels. Bleak is now a regular ability which removes 2 armour per second, up from 1. Blindside is her ultimate for now.
- Rasputin: Switched Stampede to be his melee ultimate; his melee W is now Furor: keeping the vision block of the old ultimate but also increasing damage dealt/taken to/from heroes by 20% for the duration.
- Nadir: Conga Line duration increased slightly.
- Bloodhive no longer gives +20 damage, instead it adds 3% of the target's current life as damage.
- Decreased Hyperion healing from 12 + 0.06*Primary to 10 + 0.05*Primary.
- Rocket Boots travel time slightly increased.
- Fixed several bugs with Slotted Shield.
- Fixed a bug with Scandal not applying to a second target.
- Autoportal and Recall no longer have a gold cost.
- Recall is now activated by double-tapping Esc.
- Fixes to the new gold denial system.
- Re-enabled coin drops, but they drop a little less frequently to compensate for the increase in troop bounty.
- Fixed Spinelock being permanent.
- If an enemy hero stands between you and a troop that gives you a bounty, the bounty will be halved!! (experimental)
- Raised the resources available on each lane from 86 gpm to 100 gpm, and experience from 8 epm to 60 epm.
- Significant changes to creep camps. All information in F9 and on unit buffs is now current, so read those!
- Troops now spawn every 30 seconds, up from 25. Troops no longer drop coins.
- Geomancer: Decreased Stone Prison radius from 300..450 to 300 at all levels. Seismic Spike now has 4 charges at all levels. Decreased the spike's life from 100 to 40..100.
- Iofur: Decreased the base damage on Icicle Express and Blizzard Barrage.
- Chimera: Increased Cage of Eden duration from 6/10 to 8/12. Decreased cooldown from 80 to 30.
- Rasputin: Stampede drudges are now further apart.
- Abraxxus: Increased Impact's traction from 20%..50% to 20%..80%.
- Ephemeron: Reverted the recent Nostalgia change.
- Fixed Miney's Counterfeit stopping troops from giving gold and exp.
