Having played as her and against her quite often, I find her damage output to be way too high across the board. Normally I wouldn't have an issue, but given her heavy controlling and escape tools, I find it to be problematic. She appears to be having the same issues as the old Sivaz, where he dealt outrageous damage and had so many survivability tools up his sleeve for both him and his allies.
There needs to be a tradeoff IMO. She can deal more damage than Pyth with a blink, short invulnerability, and knockback.

Is the damage coming from Psybeam, Barrier, Miracle Eye, or her naturally high int? Easy changes for me: - Reduce Psybeam damage
- Reduce Barrier knockback distance
