[Hero Feedback] Nina

I personally love Nina; she's my favorite Legion hero! She is also incredibly fun with only 4 skills. She has personal synergy, flow, and manages to work well with any Legion team member.
However, I find her to be "secretly OP." I cringe to think of how imbalanced she'd be with an ultimate. However, I think she just has a balance of power problem among her skills, much like some other heroes. I have some changes I'd like to propose, and any help from you guys would be nice.
Giga Drain feels weak. It isn't exactly a skill that fits in with her other 3, and it feels like a barely noticeable sustain in the lane. I find it most efficient to take it last (in my experiences) due to how well her main skills interact with each other. Maybe poisoned (or another debuff) foes can heal Nina for more, or take bonus damage.
Toxic Twist, her signature skill, could use a bit of a cooldown increase. I was thinking either 2 seconds would suffice, or for it to start a bit higher at lower levels and gradually decrease in a noticeable manner. I find it to be too spammy, and it does too good of a job shutting people down and keeping running foes feeling helpless.
Bloom is a lot more balanced now, however it feels awkward with the way it keeps players and troops tediously attacking the vines. This is moreso noticeably at higher levels when Bloom's cooldown is very low, with nearly 100% uptime. I guess this is fine to leave alone for now, unless someone else has an input or elegant fix.
Defile is a little too strong, because it is essentially 3 skills in one. I feel it has too many conditions attached to it. A shield, then sometimes a teleport, then sometimes it'll damage twice, or it'll damage once at range, or once at melee if heroes are near Nina. Maybe this could be split up and her ultimate could be an initiator / teleport oriented skill, and her third active a shield of some sort... just an idea.
