There are some items I want to rework (partly because they have %chance elements): - Magemail: This item will punish enemies who try to solo the bearer. It will be replaced with a recipe that takes Kirus Mask and Black Scale. Grants +250 maxlife, +8 resistance, and returns damage to attackers, equal to 8%/16%/24%/32%... of incoming attack damage on the first/second/third... attacks taken from the same attacker, resetting after 4 seconds.
Perhaps if a white scale is used, it will reduce incoming attacks from the same target by 8%/16%/24%/....
- Magma Shield: This item will punish enemies who gang up on the bearer. I don't know about its base stats, but the passive will cause an explosion if more than 4 attacks are taken in 3 seconds (or something like this).
- Hyperion: I don't know! Any ideas?

- Magemail: Well, while I like how that new Blackmail (pun partly intended) would work, I think the Whitemail might just be a bit to strong in the version your presented here. I do, however, have a suggestion for an alternative version; How about if we make Whitemail based on teamwork? That is, while Blackmail gets it passive component, Whitemail instead gets an active one. This'll make you able to target an allied Hero (not yourself), and basically use the Spirit Link on that hero, reducing damage taken by that target by transferring that damage to you. Example: Abra got himself a Whitemail, since he wants to be credit to his team. Now, he uses this Whitemail to apply a buff to Agnes, transferring 10% of the damage taken by her to himself. So, when Agnes gets hit for 100 damage flat, she instead takes 90 damage, and Abra takes 10 damage. This buff does not stack by having several Whitemails on your own, but instead, it stacks full with other Whitemails your teammates use. Let's say that another member on their team wanted to help out, like, Garry. He also got himself a Whitemail and applied to buff to Agnes. Now, that 100 damage is reduced to 80 to Agnes, and 10 each for Garry and Abra.
On top of that, if it would be considered possible, you could att that Whitemail and Blackmail got synergy with eachother, so, if Abra now also gets a Blackmail in this scenario, Agnes takes 80 damage out of 100, Garry takes 10, Abra takes 10 and, gasp and behold, that pesky little attacker, let's say Kuku, also takes 10 damage! I think Blackmail and Whitemail working this way could have some really cool effect on teamplaybuilds.
- Magma Shield: I've almost always found Magma Shield to be kind of underwhelming, considering not only that it is an item based on % chance, but also that it doesn't give very impressive stats, together with a pretty mediocre ability. My suggestion would be to make the attributes work like the Naga Ring, so you can wheel them as you see fit. Maybe make it into something else than a better version of Naga, maybe make it Wheel between Health, Armor and Resistance? Could be cool. Also, if you want to punish people ganging up on you, I think the best would be to make the passive apply on the first basic attack of each opponent, with a local cooldown for each opponent. Meaning, if Stumpy with this new, cool Magma Shield gets attacked by Abra and Maw, it'll create two waves instantly. However, Abra and Maw can't create waves themselves before the Magma Shield's local CD for them has gone away. However, imagine a little creep running up, attacking Stumpy in a puny attempt to take this fearsome warrior down, it'll once again instantly creates a new firewave, with local CD for that creep (unless it got fried, of course!). Also, I think it should only be applied when the attacker is within the firewave's range, so Agnes doesn't simply pop the firewave while Stumpy is a bit far away, and when he finally gets to her, it won't apply since she's already shot him.
- Hyperion: Hyperion, well... My suggestion might be a bit boring, but how about if you make it into a reversed Phoenix? For each 100 damage taken, you heal nearby allies a small amount? Combined with giving you some bonus health? Boring, I know, but I've never been very interested in Hyperion.

I have already implemented the changes to Magemail and Magma Shield, so I don't plan to alter them again just yet. Foghorn and Tangram Shield are supposed to do the kind of thing you propose whitemail doing, but they don't see much use. I'd prefer to improve the existing items first.
I'll figure something out for Hyperion eventually, I just haven't had much inspiration on that front yet.
