Item Suggestions

Okay, so, I got this idea while out walking yesterday, and I thought it was quite good, even if the concept is still quite basic.
I call it
The Soul Catcher!
Maybe not as impressive as the text above suggests!
Well, The Soul Catcher is an item supposed to help people get motivated to kill jungle creeps, and by that helping their team, etc etc.
It's supposed to be pretty cheap, around 1000 gold, maximum.
Now, it would give some basic stats, and my suggestion would be something around 15% attackspeed and 60% block from damage sources other than Heroes. The block would be, like, 30 damage or so. Anyways. The interesting part is the passive/active component of this item. It allows you to take the soul of a creep you helped out killing in the jungle. For example: I get this item on Nerothos. Now, me and someone else in my team decides to kill the mercenary creeps in the jungle. What happens? Well, not only does the attackspeed and block help me in killing these creeps, but also, if I help out killing the last of these creeps ( the one that will spawn on the lanes), I'll also be able to activate a ability through The Soul Catcher, depending on which creep that was. For an example, we grab the Golem. Then, I can activate the item to gain a temporary aura, decreasing damage dealt to nearby allies by some amount. Grabbing the wolf, however, allows me to activate the Soul Catcher to give myself a buff which Wounds the next target I basic attack, and if I'm Melee, also help me leap to that target ( not a long distance, mind you). I am very unclear on what the Eagle would do, probably make youextremely annoying gain vision over terrain temporarily or something like that. I think making the boss creeps allow you to active The Soul Catcher to gain a Health Reg equal to 5% of your maximum health, for 4 sec would be quite impressive and good. How long you will be able to keep a Soul? I dunno, guess that's something for playtesting. Oh, and to be clear, you can't have multiple souls. If you kill a camp and take, let's say, Golem, you wont gain another Soul by killing the boss. You'll simply keep Golem until it runs out/you've used it.
Now, this is not all! I also got another item suggestion, also mainly focused to helping out with the jungle, this time however with the Ganking part. Notice that this item would, of course, not only be plausible on someone who hangs around in the jungle, but could be quite useful overall. Now, I call this: The Deployable Shredder! And, no, no large text this time, seems like it messed up the font the first time, so meh. Also, that joke would get kinda old. So. How does The Deployable Shredder work?
First off, it's once again meant to be a pretty cheap item, a maximum cost of 2000, most likely less. It's supposed to give some nice, simple stats. Something like +5 Armor, +10 Attack Damage. Once again, this is meant to be able to help out dealing with the jungle as a concept.
Now, the active component of this item is once again what is really interesting. It'll allow you to send a Goblin Shredder in a straight line in the targeted direction. This shredder cuts down trees and gets fueled by doing so. For each tree it cuts down on it's way, it'll walk a bit further, and deals a small amount of damage while passing through enemies. Also, at the end of it's walk, it'll stop and, since it's a Goblin intention, ends in a pretty explosion, dealing some damage in the area but ONLY TO BUILDINGS, allowing you to use this tool a bit for sieges as well. Notice, it only deals damage if it passes through trees. No trees? No damage.
So... Thoughts?
